Default Banana Grubby Damage

It pays to inspect plants often. Grubs get to chomping on newly forming leaves. As the new leaf emerges, the damaged area, and usually the grub, are pushed up enough to grab the grub. This time I caught them before they burrowed back down. Didn't get pics of the grubby little b-stds cause I was too busy buttering the fence with 'em.

Hua Moa

This happens every spring and usually on only 1 or 2 pstems. Don't spray - too much fun to catch 'em and squish 'em!!!
