I was thinking that it might work for my pineapple plant but I think for the Dwarf Cavendish I may just put the bucket I have it in with holes into a bucket with water. It'll stay wet for for at least a week and then can soak up when it needs it and cover around the roots with saran wrap. It'll keep it warm and tropical.
