It's a contraction of "you" and "all". It's not a contraction that you would learn in school as it's not proper, but it's southern slang, a dialect you hear in certain parts of the country.. you hear it a lot down here in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, etc. If I left any of ya'll others out, forgive me.
