It does not look like 'Sucrier'. 'Sucrier' has very distinctive brown coloration on the pseudostem and usually somewhat yellow petioles with reddish petiole wings. Notice on your plant there is black coloration and completely red petioles. Here are 'Sucrier' photos.




I think your plant may be a kind of Silk. 'Manzano' is a common Silk cultivar, but I don't think you have that cultivar. It also could be something else, but that is my guess.
These photos are of my Silk cultivar 'Ungoye Sweet'. The coloration is a bit different (I have an uncommon form though), but they look somewhat similar. See these photos of my 'Ungoye Sweet'.
