Ante the long & short of it is the owner of the property is leasing the property for 3 years so the landscaper can make it look pretty then bull doze it so he can make build something to make a profit on the property when the market comes back. I'm sure it's a good write-off in the interim... Lord knows how long the plants have been like that? or when they are going in...
