It's here!
Happy me, happy ... happy!
It looks like it had a long trip, but nothing that will keep it from recovering! Postman delivered this AM before I left for work, so all I had time for was a couple smooches (the banana, NOT the postman!) & to put it on the plant rack (grow lights).
Just got home & she (yes, SHE ... I can tell! LOL!) has already perked up a lot. Leaves were a bit limp, but they've firmed & lifted up just in this little time under the lights. It's the pale green/yellow in the pitangadiego's pic but w/less damage, and the root system looks healthy. I want to baby her for a few before repotting & giving any direct sunlight, even though I'm anxious to start seeing red. Baby steps ... baby steps!
Thanks again, Brian - you've made a fan here! Pugturd is gonna have a good home (my kiddoes have been calling the plant Pugturd since I had to explain why I was laughing when I sent you the PayPal!). Xmas is now complete! Thank you ... thank you - it was a most generous offer & I am appreciative of the way you've handled it (& us!).
