The BH&G have the best peanut brittle recipe, penuche fudge & peanut butter, molasses & jam thumbprint cookies. As well as an excellent section on canning & preserving.
I use my King Arthur's Flour & Julia Child's cookbooks quite a bit...but most of my Christmas recipes have come from my Mom & have been tried & true for 40 years. I have my 'specialties' I make & have fine-tuned over time also.
