Smile Ensete Maurelli

Hi, I bought an Ensete Maurelli (sp?) a few weeks ago (seedling in size). It is currently in a warm room and the new leaf opening is like 95% green, only the center has a little red. Is it true they need a cool down to get a red coloring. The room usually goes up to the upper 70s - mid 80s every day, and nights are rarely below 70. Is this Too warm for it.
Also all the other leaves are red, and this is the first leaf it has made while inside.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
