That's a healthy potting mix. Adding the P-N'-N according to the directions is good. The soil builder does not need to be added more than once or twice per year for a plant in a pot. The nutrients in the worm castings are insignificant compared to the P-N'-N, but they don't hurt either. 1/4 to 1/2 inch mulch would be better than compost on top, but what you are doing is no harm either. All-in-all, that plant is thoroughly pampered and well-cared for!
