Default Re: What Are You Listening To?

I still have my old Boston Acoustic and AR's in the basement, along with my Akai open reel. Digital has made things convenient, but the sound hasn't improved IMHO.

Some of my favs...

Listening, Party For Two: 'Sing, Sing, Sing' - A Blog Supreme : NPR (my comments-turn up the volume to really get the swinging nature of this piece, especially starting around 5:32. Ziggy Ellman and Harry James really let go on the trumpet, what can one say about Goodman that hasn't already been said, and Gene Krupa on drums...it will never get any better than this! from the famous 1938 Carnegie Hall concert)
