Hey all-
I know I've been gone for a while, but I had some bad juju come my way. If five people ask me in a reply, I'll explain why. But be ready! Anyway, I need some help in identifying this plant. My niece got a seed from an ice cream truck that wasn't selling ice cream. I planted it, fully expecting some ganja, but I what I got was this! Can anyone tell me what this is???

It's nothing I've ever seen before, but I doubt it's smokable, LOL. My luck, it's some alien plant from the Andromeda Galaxy that would give me an extra limb or something.

The seed head looks the same as my collard greens and the leaves match, even though they are small. So I would say it is in the Brassica family. That family likes cool weather and will stretch out like that and seed when warmer temps come around. The seeds should be very tiny and black, if some sort of Brassica. You can plant those seed this very late summer to see what the normal plant looks like. They should live through the winter if my guess is correct. Some people even interplant them in their ornamental landscapes.
