What'cha Got Pupping ???
That is to say any plant (banana or otherwise) that's producing...pups, offsets, suckers, bulblets, babies, offshoots, offspring, or children! :ha:
I've got two healthy & growing pups on my orinoco banana plant...  Also have a lot of Canna plants pupping right now too. A red one I bought in the Fall sent up it's first pup a few days ago. :08: Oh and I also have a 5 year old Amaryllis called "Charisma" that sent up 2 baby bulblets a couple of years ago. I noticed today it has two more developing after all this time. Kinda cool, because now I can share 'em. ;) : ) |

So pleased to see this little red Canna pup coming up among some "string of pearls" succulent cuttings...
 I bought the mother plant last Autumn and this is it's first pup. ;) Anyone else have any plants pupping right now? : ) |

My Super Dwarf Cavendish plant (from Bob) is pupping too...
 I think there may even be a third pup coming up. :D : ) |

Now that the days are lengthening, everything seems to be pupping!! The orchids have keikis and I took about 30 pups off the bananas on Monday - saw some more that I had missed this morning. :woohoonaner:

Both my "Devil's Backbone" & "Polka Dot" plants are sending up new offshoots (little mini plants) from the mother, that I've re-potted into their own separate pots a couple days ago. Just goofing around and making some new plants from the shoots. Very cool everyone's stuff is pupping nicely for them too! ;) : ) |

Ok, here's my 2 "Charisma" Amaryllis baby bulblets growing off the 5 year old mother bulb...

I am finally seeing a few pups with the Blue Tequila Agaves! These are very blue too - see the color difference from the first new leaf.

I can't show you yet but,
On advice taken to find out what they are, we belive that I have five babies on a Cycas. As you know palms can take forever and they are still flat against the caudex but visible...just.. :woohoonaner::woohoonaner::woohoonaner::woohoonaner::woohoonaner ::woohoonaner::woohoonaner::woohoonaner::woohoonaner::woohoonane r::woohoonaner: Hope thats what they are guys. Here is one but there are five on rotation of the pot.  |
