Copernicia fallaensis is truly a beauty as well and a giant one! It really will need the ground eventually if you get it. I think the main consideration would be cold hardiness as otherwise Copernicia sp. are very successful once established in the ground :) They do tend to do ok even with -2C i think. Dictyosperma album is not very cold hardy but better check with your local palm lovers. It may be cold hardy enough for your area. |
