It looks like a Pseudophoenix, but I can't see enough, it might be a "Christmas Palm".

I can see now it is not Pseudophoenix sargenti, most likely it is a Christmas Palm. (That is what we call them here, because of the red fruit around Christmas.

That are various Archontophoenix, Kings and Bangalows palms IMO. Seeds are too small for Adonidia.
