O Aloe Tree

O Aloe Tree! O Aloe Tree!
Thy leaves are so unchanging;
O Aloe Tree! O Aloe Tree!
Thy leaves are so unchanging;
Not only green when summer's here,
But also when 'tis cold and drear.
O Aloe Tree! O Aloe Tree!
Thy leaves are so unchanging!
