Be very suspicious of bamboo seeds. Bamboo can take many years to flower and thus go to seed. The seeds of most varieties are non existent. Most people get ripped off. I dont believe Bambusa chungii is flowering, or has flowered recently. I doubt the teagues blue has either.

I was able to contact the seller, and you were 100% correct. He had just put zones and climates for ALL bamboos in the description. Thanks for your input!
