You should find allot of good growing resources online, fairly easily. From what I read, they are as troublesome as nanners to seed.

or just order one of the insane sauces from Mo hotta Mo betta -Richard
I think that would be too easy lol, maybe sauce is not a true representitive of the actual heat? Maybe hotter or milder respectively. Besides, I imagine they mix up something because they say Jolokias do not have much of any flavor.

We put Cholula and sour cream on our baked potatoes. Yum!

BTW, the best way I have found to kill the heat when you've gone over your heat limit is milk or sour cream. Way better than sugar, bread, ice water, etc. Super cold sour cream is my choice!

I've heard that some people claim that 'Miracle Fruit' may also help releive the burn,
has anyone had any experience with this?

For those planning on trying the 'Bhut Jolokia', you might want to be aware of what an overdose of capsacian can do. The primary physiological response is a reduction in blood pressure---that can result in fainting and if you are a pepper mouth that has built up a high level of tolerance, that response can be delayed by hours.

I have seen many get close to fainting from eating hot peppers and have experienced the delayed response myself after eating about a tsp of Dave's Insanity sauce.
