Should I Fertilized Potted Bananas in Winter

Hi,
I’m currently growing what I hope to be a blue java banana in a 100 gallon container in my greenhouse. It stays in the greenhouse the whole year, gets stable warm temperatures, and is 8 feet tall. It is still pushing up new growth. Should I keep fertilizing it or stop. I did cut back on fertilizer since the start of late fall. I want it to obviously one day fruit so I was wondering what are the best conditions i could provide for it to do that.
