I buy used food-grade blue barrels, cut them in half, and bore drain holes in the bottom and sides. They are super-heavy-duty, and I can slide them around on concrete/asphalt to move them. I can also lift them with a hand-truck. (That looks pretty comical but it works.)
I love the bright blue. Oh yeah--this was just another windy day. But the blue barrels stay put even in a hurricane (yes, tested to Cat 2). Nice low center of gravity. And a little aerodynamic (because round).
