I've bought some from Larry's site and have been very happy. Well packaged and nice looking plants that are starting to sprout new leaves. Nice not to have to roll the dice with ebay. Although not sure of possible shipping delays that might be going on now. Good luck in your search!

You can't order from my website to be shipped to the UK, because a phyto cert has to be done and such. If you want bananas shipped tot eh UK you have to contact me directly, tell me what you want and then pay the money for the whole deal upfront.

The phyto certificate is 120$, the setup, which includes repotting for soil less medium for shipping is 50$.
Then there is the cost of the plants and shipping.
Shipping for around 6-7 plants is around 90$ express, but then there's customs you also have to deal with.(time and duties)

Maybe sending to the UK will become cheaper and easier from the USA when we completely leave the EU at the end of this year ?

I appreciate Larry is a good seller but $250 before even adding cost of plants is quite a lot. Not Larrys fault but there must be some good sellers in europe as well?

I think someone mentioned they like the dutch sites. I'm struggling to find them. please can you share.

It's more like $170, and that is for my time to set up and then the phyto cert and inspection fee. ONLY 50$ is my time fee.
So I always suggest buying a few plants to make it worth the cost:

The phyto certificate is 120$ the setup for shipping is 50$(my time for 1/2 days work).
Then there is the cost of the plants and shipping.
Shipping for around 6-7 plants is around 90$ express(3-5 days APPROX), but then there's customs you also have to deal with.(time and duties).

I agree. Would love to order from overseas but the cost is just too high for the risk. The service Larry provides in sure is amazing but it is also around £140 per plant (I’m only interested in an AeAe for that money and even then it’s a stretch).

I think I’ve only every spent £15 on a single plant before and I’ve spent thousands on plants over the years.

here you are WRONG. the plants aren't £140...
they are between £14-£16

The plants are 14$-21$ US....NOT $182.

you might want to look at the prices and conversion before spreading misinformation.

Btw, the best plants comes from members here. There is still a lot of humanity among the people and it's not so hard to find someone willing to push up a bit on friend grower
