Will the buyer except his or her loss, or will the buyer create a fuss and demand the seller either resend another, or issue a refund? In other words, unless your willing to pay extra, there are too many things that can go wrong, costing the seller. Its also quite unfair for the seller to be asked to resend another, or issue a refund, as this situation is beyond their control. People being people, often don't care about the sellers loss, and just demand their money back at the expense of the seller.

Don't give up searching for what you want, but be aware of the issues ahead. You might have to either take a chance, or pay the price. There is a seller here that is willing to send plants overseas, but its not cheap.

Due to these reasons, it will be hard to get the plants you want, unless you can hook up with someone locally, or you are willing to pay the extra money to send it properly. I hope you can find what your looking for.

Please stick around though, its always nice to talk to different people from around the world, and see their bananas and plants, viewpoints etc. Who knows what may happen in the future if your patient.
