My tissue culture experiment

This is my little TC experiment in home conditions .
I have no laminar or lab.

media preparation

Explant surface sterilization

My clean "sterile" work area

Have no laminar flow hood so I had 50 % contamination.

The final phase

I thought no single banana survive, because the upper part dried up , but after a few days new roots and leafs appeared.

I also menage to TC some other plants mostly Colocasia sp.

step by step Details would be great! Looks like the mediums are only about 12 euros. pretty affordable.

Why do you think all your plants dried out? Not humid enough? How is the one plant doing now?

You can find many TC protocol on internet.
All of my plant dried because not enough humidity.
