Electronic leaf manufacturers ?

Electronic leaf's are used to control mist sprayers in plant propagation. There are two types: (1) hygrometers that measure relative humidity and (2) mechanical "leaf" that turn the misters off when the metal paddle is heavy with moisture. I am trying to figure out:

What companies manufacturer these devices (I already have found the internet sites that sell them)
If you have used either one, what pros and/or cons can you share
