Well folks it is finally here. Spring is on its way.
Today, first groups of cranes came back from the south preparing for nesting.

It's only raining at night now, and flood season wasn't nearly as severe as last year! It's Spring!

Supposed to hit 60 here today :woohoonaner: Robins & Red Winged Blackbirds arrived the other day. My crocus & tulips are poking their heads up.
Its been a long cold winter here.

Time to get out and do my prespring cleanup...pruning, raking, etc. Still have tons of twigs and branches down in the yard and beds from the high winds we've had. Have to get the pond vac ready for the spring workout. Tons of work, but I love it.

Thanks Christine. I never thought to check the bulbs yet. It was 5 degrees a few days ago but I have some poking their heads up too. The chives are pushing as is the garlic and a few onions. I even pulled a few weeds in the garden. That aching back never felt so good!

spring here too, nice weather with temperaturs around 12c. my basjoo is already more then a month outside but still no growht.
