Re: Viente Cohol countdown
I just got the call this morning. Looks like they have quite a few to send out if they are calling at least 6 people at once. My check will be in the mail tomorrow! :woohoonaner:

Re: Viente Cohol countdown
Good morning Stumpy4700,
I overwintered mine by having it planted in a raised bed. It was not covered when 2 months of low 30s to low 40s as daytime lows and daytimes highs of 50s. The area is supposed to be zone 10. This year however was unusually cold and was like zone 9 weather. During this 2 month period temperatures hit29F several times. :2239: |

Re: Viente Cohol countdown
Its a relatively new variety, but its alledged to fruit very quickly. If you search the old posts though, some members have had a tough time overwintering it......But we all have hope that we are the ones who can change that!!!

Re: Viente Cohol countdown
I tried ordering from them, but there is a new regulation for Texas customers. We have to have a Phyto inspection and it runs like $50. :(
