Sh3640 naners stopped the bleeding!!!
 

Just came from the oral surgeon to have a broken tooth removed and boy did I bleed like a stuck pig. All kinds of goofy instructions and drugs prescribed for the next week or so.

Got home later and I'm hungry. Instructions say eat cold soft food. So I grabbed a yoghurt and 2 SH3640s. When I finished eating (on the good side of my mouth) I got another gauze chunk to put in the hole and guess what? Didn't need it! The bleeding had stopped completely. I'm saying it was the naners not the yoghurt.

It's 5 hours now after surgery and still no blood! Amazing!

Dan, I have one cracked that will have to come out too and sooner than latter. Glad you are doing well.

I think the real reason is I have always had good coagulation. Thru all the bumps, scrapes and cuts of childhood and beyond I don't remember ever having a wound bleed out of control once mended properly. Then again, I remember reading somewhere that the sap from banana plants is astringent and is used for hemorrhoids and insect bites in countries like India.
