I thought I would bring the two coffee pots & cooler over first part of the week to your house, if that is ok? Will call before I come. That way you will already have them. I will be happy to help with some of the set up that morning (or are you ding most of that on Friday day) & clean up after. Do you think you will need another card table or chairs?

I will be here from Wednesday on till the meeting.

The help will be appreciated. I'm sure we will finish staging early Saturday morning. TJ and Darrell from Baton Rouge are coming in early to help with the heavier stuff but the finishing touches you could definitely help with.

I'm evaluating the tables now. I am still getting replys to the invites so as we get closer I'll have a better head count and I'll know about the tables.

A lot of offers to bring cakes so we might need a card table for them.
