Raja Puri's rolled center leaft cannot stand up straight.

Hi Friends,

This is a pic of Raja Puri, of which young rolled center leaft could not stand up
straight and hung down, thus new leaf could not open correctly.
This prevented the banana from healthy development.

Does anyone have the same or similar experience and what was the reason
for it? Pet? Disease? Fertilizer? etc.

Several of my plants did the same thing while trying to recover from the frosts this winter here in cali. They will grow out of it.
