Are my bananas ruined?

Bananas look like they are getting sun burnt. Will this ruin my bananas? Im not sure the type of banana and wanted to get an accurate texture and taste of the bananas

Hard to say. if you think it is sunburn, why not put a white shade over the bunch?

Those are Orinoco and can be cooked green like plantation nanas. Or as Tostone (fried salted nana chip) .... good! ....

Put up a shade over the bunch it you want more of the bunch to ripen. ... Also, I would cut the first (top) hand on each bunch and let ripen in the kitchen. Those are showing some color change.

Flower opened beginning of June and it’s only been 2 months. Maybe the 105+ degrees all month is causing this?

The nanas are plump and filled out. They will continue to ripen if the bunch is cut.
With lots of water and fertilizer, they can fill out in 60 days or a little less.
