Help! Emerging Leaves Have Wilt Spots.

Hello All, I am having a consistent problem with a few of my potted plants as seen in the picture. New leaves emerge with wilt spots. Any ideas why and how to remedy? Best, Stu:drum:

Lack of water and or inability to take up water due to damaged roots or lack thereof. Reflects events of 7-10 days ago, not current conditions.

I agree with Pitangadiego. I've had the same problem with one of my potted bananas (M. siamensis) and I attributed it to the soil drying out too much and possibly me not fertilizing enough. Nutrients are easily leached out of the soil of potted plants and I am guilty of not fertilizing as often as I should.
