Harvested ARH with 4 hands today
 

4 hands and 33 fruit, will ckeck the weight and add more photos later today. The C@30" was normal - 25.25", Also dropped a large P-Stem to a 45 degree, it's C@30 was large - 30", looking foward to see when it flowers I'm expected a heavy bunch wt.

They look skinny. Are those fingers as filled in as expected? Skin marks say it was time to harvest. What's missing?

All of my data is on 1 & 2 hand bunches, never had plant with 4 hands before. If compared to data with a similar circumference the total fruit wt. was double, but compared to bunch sizes of similar total fruit this is normal. If the larger fruit were removed two weeks earlier, the bunch wt. would have increased. Overall I was pleased to average 20.6 oz although 24 oz would have been much better.

What are the tostones like made with these guys? Also, how are they for maduros, and platanutre, and mofongo, and pasteles, and sancocho, etc.........? I'm starting to drool.

This has to be second hand info, seeing that I only eat them raw like bananas. The word most commonly used is gourmet.
