Had an Awesome day today!
 

Met up with Hector(k4yd) to trade one of my Ae Ae's for some of his collection. I have to tell you he was wonderful. Him and his wife are great people and I am very happy I made the trip out. His yard is a site to behold with all the banana's growing and papaya's as well. I was a bit overwhelmed, but not as overwhelmed as I was loading up the family mini van and then unloading it... He hooked me up with more plants then I imagined!:woohoonaner:

I will be planting all week! Gotta figure out what ones I can put in pots and the best spots in the yard for all the rest. If some do best with full sun or partial sun... etc etc... My wife hasn't even seen all of them yet.

Here is the list so everyone else can be in awe of Hector's passion for sharing and trading banana plants! I am also very happy that my teenage Ae Ae is going to a good home that I know it will get the best care! haha

I'm the goofy looking guy in the middle... lol and yes I know I need a haircut my wife tells me everyday! I'm a haircut procrastinator!

Oh ya forget to also mention after unloading the plants me and my son cooked teriyaki burgers on the grill to finish off the awesome day!

wow what a great day !!!!!!!!!!#1 Man he shared alot of plants. The BBQ sounded good too !!!!!!!!! That picture shows some of the yard wow what a great bunch of bananas there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Banana people are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!
