Bananas.org - Dwarf Brazilian leaves not really coming up fully and growing real slow

Dwarf Brazilian leaves not really coming up fully and growing real slow

Since I put it outside, kept it in the garage over winter, the leaves dont really want to come out fully from the P-stem and it is growing annoyingly slow.
It is in partial shade while last year it was pretty much constantly in the sun.
Could this be the reason or is it missing any nutrients?
I am feeding Banana fuel from Richard every month.

Which banana fuel? the 15-10-30 (is good to go), but the new one he sells? I don't think it has enough K I had leaves come out looking all kinds of goofy.. It doesn't break down as a water soluble as good as the old stuff either. If I use the new stuff I'm augmenting w/ Diamond K ultrafines.. 0-0-50... Makes a world of difference.. :^)

They grow pretty darn slow in shade. Could be that.
