Thats pretty sweet.
Harvest 6 days a week, Must be a lot of nanners. I would think they are removing pups as often too. I want to work there. Why don't all plantains work with dwarfs? Thanks for posting ps. Those weren't seedlings

They probably don't plant dwarfs because of disease resistance, fruit quality and fruit size.

Thanks for the video link! I enjoyed watching it.
I've driven by that Dole plant before and I've seen those huge fields of bananas with each bunch covered in a blue bag. Unfortunately I've heard that those bags litter the forest and beaches on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica.

I would think not one bit of that foam gets re-used yet alone the bags. What a waste!
Yeah right - "seedlings". Why would they say and then show something that isn't true? |
