Dajeering giant banana hardiness

Just wondering the hardiness of the daj giant
Mine is about 2 feet tall now I was wondering if I can plant it outside
I'm in England so that's why I'm asking

I live in zone 7a Tennessee and have been growing daj giant for the last five years in the ground with no protection at all through out the winter and it has survived for me quite well. It has done better for me than regular Musa Sikkimensis. I grew mine from seed.

Just wondering if you tried this? I'm in Manchester, UK, so we have harsher weather than most of the UK with high wind, so, I keep all my bananas indoors here but their size will become an issue soon, it would be good to know if wrapping the bases will work.
