Default Two unknowns

My parents have these in their backyard. I'm sure they are not easy to id without seeing them flower.

This one was given to them by a friend who imported it from Thailand some time ago.

This one was found growing on my parent's property. It has produced fruit before, but I haven't seen it.

This is the beginning of my collection for my house. Everything came from my parents except the zebrina.
