Are these Ice Creams?

Neighbor has these. I can get a pup if it's what he thinks it is:

Tall Namwa. Real blue Java look a lot like Orinoco. That both have dark green leaves and the fruit shape is very similar from the pictures I have seen.

I didn't notice knuckles so I was skeptical. Thanks for the ID, I'll pass on the pup.

I ordered mine from Hawaii. It took 3-4 months for it to arrive so don't expect next day Prime shipping. LOL.

Checked your location and see it's Charleston, SC (I'm in NC close to Raleigh). This is a fine looking plant growing and am wondering if you know how your neighbor winterized it? I'm very new to growing and gathering as much information as I can.

So far I have 1 ice cream (bought online from Willis Orchards in Florida) planted last June that created 9 pups but the main core did not make it through the winter.

Thanks,

Patsy

Thank you, is Namwah still known as a nice tasting banana? I have one next to it that has a flower and is supposed to be blue java but it honestly only has 2 hands and maybe 9 total bananas. They're extremely puny also so I don't know if the picture will even help with identification.
