Ice Cream?

Bought this as an Ice Cream? We have a very big problem with Spiraling Whiteflies right now. The flies love banana leafs and infest the underside of them. They suck the sap from the leaf, honeydew is produced and black sooty mold forms. That's the black stuff on the Saba leaf below the bunch.
