Maybe there is another thread on this topic or a paper published somewhere?

So far the Wiki contains the following name associations:
FHIA 01 == Goldfinger
FHIA 02 == Mona Lisa
FHIA 03 == Sweetheart
FHIA 21 == La Lima Plantain
What other synonyms do we know of ??
