New Banana Grower
 

Like many, I have come to see if someone might help in the identification of a Banana plant that we have growing. I am hoping to learn a good bit here as I want to keep the bananas coming. Thanks for reading and hopefully identifying in my next post with pictures.:drum:

I am in North FL., Zone 9A. Don't really have more details. This plant was in a community that didn't allow this type of planting and I rescued it from being completely obliterated. Never having had a banana plant, I just tossed it in the ground and made sure it had water a couple of times a week. It is now showing its appreciation by giving back!

The system would say uploaded but the process button wouldn't show. I figured they may be too large and downsized them and BOOM, success.
