Good Afternoon all;

I am a former Dole employee with aproximately ten years of experience primarily in the construction, operations and maintenance of ripening facilities. Last position held was Technical Service Manager for Dole Europe.

It is a pleasure to share this space with people with the same passion, hope to learn more about bananas.

Yes sir, I am originally from Cuba. My grandfather's were from the Canary Islands, I am now residing in New Jersey.
