Rainbow, CA? You can get some really good and cheap organic fertilizer for your banana plants in your neighborhood. Mealworm castings from "Rainbow mealworms". All my plants love it.

Rainbow is just south of Temecula, Ca. Just north of Fallbrook, Ca. (actually a neighborhood of Fallbrook...same zip code).
