I'm in the North Panhandle just south of Alabama... Not ideal, but better than farther north for Bananas... I am moving down to the Santa Rosa Beach area eventually... which will be somewhat better.

How far south are you planning on moving in 5.5 years? :)

not sure yet, like the tampa area for the climate, like the ocala area....lover the keys....lol...away from total congestion or lat least where we can stay away from it if we wish...quiet...warm/hot....anywhere but winters here....

I am hoping for a great growing season for all in 2014. Again snow hit us again, slip sliding away. So so wanting warm weather. We had many days of below zero nights and bitter cold days as well. I am so anxious to see what's under my tarp this spring. Going to uncover in late March and replace tarp with clear plastic to Jump Start them with a greenhouse effect. Good luck everyone....Springs eternal..
