What's generally considered a big Orinoco bunch? Monster bragging bunch size? I guess in hands and fingers.
I've never seen big orinoco bunches. 3-5 hands usually. Big one maybe 7 hands.

I believe the drought in April & May was the cause of the wide spacing of the hands and thus only a few hand/fingers made. The fertilizer was there. ... The plant was growing on its internal reserves since there were very little water for uptake by the roots. The hands/fingers were already made by the time the Bud appeared.
... This same Orinoco mat produce the 9 hand bunches in 2017 which I cut back to 6 hands. Pictures and thread can be seen here:
Surprise, Surprise Bud! ... and reference pictures posted above are the same bunches.
I hope these last 2 Orinoco bunches will show an improvement after I started twice daily watering until recent rains.
