Default 5 years old What is it :)

Oh geeze This is my mystery plant . It 5 yrs old never has any bloom gets to be 5 to 6 feet tall and yes it stay thin like it is. It become loose in the ground as if it has bloomed then it falls over and the new pup grows … It’s next to my apple so it get plenty of fertilizer and or cow manure , fish emulsion, I even last year I saved about 40 pounds of banana skins to mulch just for this plant ! It was sold to me as a dwarf Cavendish .. I purchased it at a plant show in Fort Lauderdale .
So it's a dual question What is it . And do ya think I should yank it? I can replace it with a Williams or what ever .. Oh third question how come it don’t BLOOM!!!
Sorry about small pics but had to use phone to capture the pics
