"The International Banana and Plantain Committee announced today that Bananas.org, an international knowledge-based internet organization with members spanning 5 continents, has been invited to co-sponsor next year's conference to be held in Kenya." In conjunction with this invitation, the conference will award 15 round-trip airline passes and executive accommodations at the Royal Kenya Hilton for the 15 participants and their families*.
IBPC President Kwame Oboto proclaimed. "The wide range of expertise among the many varieties of banana as well as the cultivation and propagation of such, make Bananas.org a most welcome addition to our conference."

Do I have better things to do with my time than make up stories like this? Of course, but this is alot more fun. My *rabbit and I would love to go to to an event of this nature and he certainly is an expert both on fertilization issues and on which banana skins are most tasty. Note: I have no expertise whatsoever, however rabbits are not permitted to fly commercially or in hotels unless they are accompanied by a human.
