Oh, and Greg...all the chickens in that video were certainly cockerels/cocks not hens/pullets. You can tell by the elongated/curved tail-feathers and the pointed feathers on the neck (hackles). Not all breeds have a distinguished wattle/comb. Hens do not crow....they only cluck.
