Description

'White Iholene' is a beautiful medium size 14 to 16 feet plant that is light green in color with waxy flakes of excess chitin that give it a whitish look. Undersides of leaves are light maroon. The newly emerged bananas are light yellow. When the fruit matures it darkens to a light orange color with pulp the same color. The fruit can be eaten out of hand or cooked.
