Description
The origin of the Musa "FHIA-21 plantain' is La Lima, Honduras. The pseudostem has a shiny(not waxy) appearance. The fruit color is light green yellow when ripe and is great for cooking(green), thick chips(green), fried(ripe), marmalade(very ripe)
