Description
The 'Kru' is a rare banana in the united states being only occasionally found in private collections. The plant is of moderate height growing to about 12 feet. It is somewhat slender and quite cold sensitive. The pseudostem is very pink and the red fruit has angular edges and little curvature. Very colorful banana. It is suited for the garden, greenhouse and container. It produces a delicious banana with a reddish skin. In a container it will reach to about 5-8 Ft.
